The 7-Day Promise

Custom tile showers are done in 7 days once work starts. If we miss it, we pay you back 20% of the shower price.

  • Applies to the Custom tile package, on qualifying showers as listed in your contract.
  • Acrylic BCI showers install in 2 days. Luxury spa showers take about 1 month. Those dates go in your contract too.
  • We plan and order everything before day 1, so the clock never waits on us.

No-Surprises Price

Your written price is your price. When we open the walls and floor of your shower area, we fix these at no extra cost:

  • Rotted or damaged studs
  • Subfloor damage or leveling
  • Damaged or leaking plumbing in the shower wall

Not covered: termite treatment, and problems outside the shower area. If we find one, we stop, show you, and price it in writing before we do anything. Changes you choose, like a new tile, are also priced in writing first.

2-Hour Reply Guarantee

Call, text, or email us during business hours. If we don't get back to you within 2 business hours, we pay you $250.

Lifetime

Lifetime Warranty

We cover labor and materials on the shower we build, for as long as you own your home. If something we built fails, we come back and fix it at no cost.

  • Covers our workmanship and the materials we install.
  • Not covered: normal wear, damage from misuse, and changes made by others.
  • Full terms are in your contract.
